36 pp. booklet on the clubhouse of the German coffee firm KaffeeHag based in Bremen, designed by architects and designers Alfred Runge and Eduard Scotland, containing an essay by Heymel on the benefits of exercise and sport, and two shorter essays on the Internatioal Hygiene Exhibition in Dresden and decaffeinated coffee, illustrated with floor plans and 7 full-page plates depicting interior and exterior views of the clubhouse, 3 in color. 8vo. The Kaffee Hag company was founded by Ludwig Roselius, co-developer of the first commercial decaffeination process. Alfred Runge and Eduard Scotland designed iconic posters and packaging for the company, along with residences in Bremen and cruise ship interiors.
