First edition of these stories, written 1925-1926, by Vladimír Raffel (1898-1967), a writer and psychiatrist who is considered a pioneer in Czech science-fiction. Influenced by Poetism and Expressionism, he published three other collections of short stories in the 1920s, such as "Electrical tales" and "Dance tales." Toman 5.5.2. Vloemans 133.
