Rare first issue of this astonishingly rich -- in text, image, and typographic design -- satirical journal of the Czech avant-garde period, with contains numerous caricatures, along with poems and prose. With a large illustration by Vojtěch Tittelbach. Among the contributors of this issue are Josef Dubský, Václav Oukropec, Jehan Rictus, O. Fuchs, Karel Vaněk, J. Novák, Jos. Hora, Josef Lada with an illustration of Hašek, a poem by Konstantin Biebl, and others. Copies in the original wrappers are scarce.
