40 pp. booklet depicting plans for 16 mostly one-story single family homes and one apartment building designed and offered for sale by various Niagara-area builders, each home accompanied by a text description featuring some highlights of the home, the plans interspersed with advertisements for local builders, contractors, and related building suppliers. Illustrated throughout primarily from drawings and floor plans. Oblong 8vo. Original side-stapled blue illustrated wrpps., some extremely minor handling wear and soiling, very slight age-toning or foxing to back cover and scattered throughout. (n.p. Buffalo?) (Niagara Frontier Builders Association) 1952.

The introduction to this pamphlet reads, “You will find as you leaf through these pages, pictures, plans and descriptions of beautiful homes available to you right now. They are real…and they are nearby…homes you can go to see, walk through and examine. In this book you will also find advertisements or reputable suppliers and contractors and tradesmen without whom these houses could not be built. There are, in addition, articles of importance and interest on planning, color, and landscaping. Their authors are men who are authorities in their fields.
Represented in the Plan Book are builders, suppliers, contractors and designers. Their experience, materials and skills helped to make the homes you will see pictured in this book. They invite you to visit these homes. As businessmen, tradesmen and craftsmen they extend this invitation to you with pride.” A scarce 1950’s trade catalogue; as of January 2021, there are no copies recorded on OCLC.
