A sizable sequential run of 55 issues in 51 fascicules (three double issues, and lacking Year I nos. 19 and 24, and Year II no. 5), approx. 24-32 pp. each, of the journal aimed at Italian youth, under the editorial direction of Carlo Scorza and Achille Starace, featuring stories and cartoons praising the Fascist regime and promoting the tenets of Fascism, each issue with a colorful Art Deco- or Futurist-inspired illustration to cover, artists include Guglielmo Sansoni ("Tato"), Giuseppe Rivaroli, Ferrari, Deseta, Pelagatti, Vittorio Pisani, Cesare Gobbo, Mario Barca, and others. Gioventú Fascista first appeared on March 23, 1931, the 12-year anniversary of the founding of the Fasci Italiani di Combattimento. The journal ran through December 1936, and during its run published contributions by notable Fascists including Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, Italo Balbo, Giovanni Giuriati, and Giuseppe Bottai. Very scarce; as of May 2021, OCLC locates only three partial holdings in North American institutions.
