The only issue published, 4 pp., of a rare Argentinean anti-Nazi newspaper from the time of the Second World War which denounced the Nazi infiltrations into portions of the Argentinean and Uruguayan goverments and unions. Not illustrated. Folio. Original self-wrpps. Slight browning, a couple of small closed tears. Buenos Aires, 1940.
An article on the front page of La Guerra cites the famous condemnation of the Nazis by Uruguayan professor and historian Hugo Fernandez Artucio, which would later lead to his book "Nazis in Uruguay" (1940), in which he denounced Nazi activity in Uruguay, Nazi espionage, and their pillars of racial and class hatred. He also authored "The Nazi Underground in South America" (1942) with the approval of Charles de Gaulle.
