Original pictorial wrappers on red stock; 47, [1]; 96; 112; and 100, [28] pp. Illustrated from photographs and drawings, including a portrait of Karl Marx. Light overall wear and toning; issue for 1910 cut at margins with minimal loss of text at upper margin of front cover; owner signature to title or front wrapper to three issues; overall about very good.

Four issues of illustrated almanacs by the early Bulgarian socialist movement. Apart from the calendar portion, each volume contains various essays on political and economical topics as well as poems, on topics such as socialist leaders, congresses, as well as the Bulgarian socialist movement. The issues contain photographs of leading figures in the movement, including Karl Marx, Victor Adler, Pavel Axelrod, August Bebel, Jean Jaurés and Karl Kautsky, as well as groups of Bulgarian activists. Also includes some drawings, showing scenes of workers' uprisings as well as political caricatures.

Rare; as of July 2022, no copies found in KVK, OCLC, which only show a 1977 anthology of contributions in the original journal.
