Scarce Western Ukrainian nationalist pamphlet about the history of the Ukrainian liberation movement, which takes aim at Yevhen Konovalets (1891–1938), a military leader of the Ukrainian National Republic army and a key nationalist figure. He led the OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalist) from its establishment in Vienna in 1929, until his assassination in 1938 by an NKVD agent who had infiltrated the OUN.

First published in serialized form in "Hromads'kyi holos" (Community Voice), a Ukrainian monthly in L'viv.

As of March 2023, KVK, OCLC only show three copies, all in North America.
